Dana has over 25 years of senior management experience in high-tech environments, including: general management, engineering, quality, procurement, and human resources. Senior management experiences have included global responsibility for operations throughout Asia, Europe and North America. Over the past 17 years, Dana has been actively engaged in business consulting and executive coaching at the CEO level and below.

Corporate career experience has included 17 years in various engineering management roles with GE Nuclear, 17 years as Vice President with Applied Materials, 2 years as a contract executive and Vice President with Lam Research, 2 years as a contract executive and President with Tru-Si Technologies, and 17 years as President of Oak Valley Consulting.

Dana’s experience includes over 30 years as an active member of multiple not-for-profit boards of directors. In addition to serving on the SEMI Foundation Board of Directors, Dana is also a member of the San Jose State University Tower Foundation Board of Directors, the Synopsys Outreach Foundation Board of Directors, the Santa Clara Family Health Foundation Board of Directors, the Charter School of Morgan Hill Foundation Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Morgan Hill. Dana is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Synopsys Outreach Foundation, which sponsors the annual Synopsys Championship – Silicon Valley Science & Engineering Fair.

Dana obtained his B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a graduate of the GE Advanced Engineering Program and a number of GE General Management programs.
